A thin and light dressing that can be thrown together at the last minute to enliven a green salad.
Makes just over 1 cup
  • 2
    tbsp sherry vinegar
  • 2
    tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Sea salt
  • 1
    cup extra virgin olive oil
Combine all ingredients in a jar. Seal and shake the hell out of it. Drizzle over salad when ready to serve.
