Commenting with HTML Tags

Here's a list of the HTML tags we allow:

• <strong>strong</strong>
• <b>bold</b>
• <em>emphasis</em>
• <i>italic</i>
• <blockquote>

  blockquote

  </blockquote>

Note: At the current time we do not allow link (<a>) or image (<img>) tags.  Look for these in the future.
